I like to bring a mix of energy, warmth, and a good sense of humour to every day – which helps when you’re the first face clients see! As Front of Office, I’m the go-to for everything from registering applicants and creating property brochures to sending out the memorandum of sale and keeping the coffee flowing. After years of travelling the world running events for the pharmaceutical and tech industries, I’ve found my buzz right here in property. Fast-paced, people-focused, and full of life.

Born into a Brighton family and raised in Worthing, I’ve done my fair share of exploring (including a year in Australia), but Brighton & Hove will always be home. I love a scenic walk, a sea swim, a great book, and a lazy afternoon discovering new coffee spots, or the odd hidden pub. My favourite thing? A VERY expensive painting we bought in Brighton when I was heavily pregnant – totally impractical, but one of the best decisions we ever made.

At the weekend, I’m usually plotting my escape from the kids for a cheeky beachside cocktail. My friends describe me as “last to leave,” which feels about right.

My favourite property is 41 Hove Park Villas – a great success story all around! You can’t beat that location and the abundance of natural light throughout the house along with the stained-glass window makes it a real prize. I’d known the sellers for years and stayed in touch until they were ready to move. It was a really challenging time on the market, but we managed to sell for a record price on a street that is highly coveted.

Finding a mortgage

Buying a house is a massive investment and getting it just slightly wrong can be costly. Unless you have big savings, chances are you’re going to have to get a mortgage.
